| BUTLER, Jean Elizabeth. Passed away peacefully at St Andrew's Village on her 97th birthday, 17th September 2017. Dearly loved wife of the late Alan Kitchener. Cherished mum of David, Lynette and Sharon and the late Jill and Carol. Beloved grandmother and great grandmother. Sincere thanks to the wonderful staff of St Andrew's for their loving care of Jean. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Puhoi Historical Society would be welcome. A Service for Jean will be held at the All Saints Chapel, Purewa, 100 St Johns Road, Meadowbank on Monday 25th September at 12noon.
